Why are you in the fitness industry?
I want to help others, I enjoy working out but nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping others reach their goals while developing personal relationships with all our members.
What is your philosophy on fitness?
Fitness is what you make it, it changes from one individual to the next. You have to find what works for you, what works for you may not work for the next person or the person after that. I try and help our members find the right diet and workout routine for their specific body and what they are trying to obtain. Everyone you encounter has a different specific goal; you have to evolve with everyone you meet to help them reach whatever goal they may have.
What is your go-to workout if you just have 30 minutes?
I like to keep it simple: pushups, spiderman pushups (just ask me) ,pull-ups, ab work (crunches, ab roller, planks, leg lifts)
How do you stay motivated every day?
Sometimes it is hard to stay motivated while running a business, but developing relationships with our members and helping them is what keeps me motivated and excited to come to Fusion everyday.
Number one fitness tip?
You are your biggest fan, you can also be your own worst enemy. If you want to improve your health do it for no other person than yourself. Hold yourself accountable for what you do, but don’t beat yourself up. You can’t depend on anyone else to push you because at the end of the day “your body is the only place YOU alone has to live in forever.”
